Tomorrow night we will meet on Google Meet for confirmation at 6:00.You will receive a separate email invite for that. If you do not receive the invite please let me know. We'll be talking about Wilderness Wanderings from Exodus chapters 14 & 16-17. If you opt to not participate in the Google Meet, you can complete the lesson on your own using the At Home Confirmation link found below or on the website & app.
Reminder: let me know if your confirmand met with their mentor this month.
As we go forward, we will be following the model put forth by the school district. If the schools go hybrid, we WILL meet in person on Wednesdays, but will provide materials to have confirmation on your own at home. If school moves to distance learning, we, too, will follow suit. In that case, we will have a zoom confirmation at our normal time with at home options still available.
Our Christmas Program is coming up (which, of course, will be virtual) and we are looking for kids to offer special music for it. I've heard from some of you already and will follow up, but if anyone else would like to share music, please let me know! Your kids could sing a song or play an instrument or both!

This Wednesday is mentor night, which means we will not be meeting in person, but are wanting your confirmand and their mentor to meet in some way that best suits you! It could be over the phone, facetime, zoom, or safely (emphasis on safely) in person.
The discussion guide will be available on the At Home Confirmation page (linked below) by early afternoon tomorrow. At the bare minimum, go through the following discussion, but as always we encourage you to go "above and beyond"--spend time together, have lunch or dinner together (again, safely), watch/support the mentee in athletic or other extra curricular events, etc.

This Sunday we'll live stream our 8:30 worship (only retired-aged members are allowed to attend in person), or you can worship with us for family worship at 9:30 in the Fellowship Hall.
