Hello Confirmation Families! I feel like this week has been a strange mix of fast and slow; sometimes the day seems to whiz by, but at other times I'm thinking...it's only 11:00? I can only imagine it's like that x1000 at your homes!  From what I've seen on social media, I can tell that families are overwhelmed right now. And the last thing I want to do is make you feel overwhelmed with "required" Confirmation work. I'm still going to provide a weekly at home confirmation Faith 5 lesson on our website & app, but doing them will not be recorded nor will attendance be taken. They are there for your family to use as you wish; hopefully it's a centered and thoughtful time for all of you! A couple things (this is pretty much the same from last week): All worships will be online until further notice. You can watch on our website or app. We'll have a link out on Facebook, too. We've got online sermon notes; you can find it under the youth page on our app or website! (I know the kids will be THRILLED!) I've created and gathered resources for at home Confirmation, devotions, and worships. It's available in the app and online. This will be updated weekly. Enable "Sparks" notifications in your app settings; we'll periodically send out devotions curated from our church family. You'll also be able to view sparks online. If you have a devotion you love or a favorite Bible verse of yours, please share with us so it can be a spark in the coming weeks. Should you come across any great ideas for at home faith-based activities, please let me know so I can share with everyone! Stay well, Liz Have a great week! Hello Confirmation Families! What a week! I apologize for not sending an update on Tuesday as usual. I think it'll be a Friday update for as long as we are based online. I pray you are all well and are taking serious precautions to keep your family safe. A couple things: All worships will be online until further notice. You can watch on our website or app. We'll have a link out on Facebook, too. *I may request for kids or families to lead readings or other things (recorded at home) to include in our pre-recorded worships. If you'd be open to that, let me know! I've created an online form for kids to fill out sermon notes; you can find it under the youth page on our app or website! (I know they will be THRILLED!)
