Hello Confirmation Families! Tonight is our first FUEL of the year! We'll meet at Camp Wapo from 6:00-8:00. Drop off at the Dining Hall (the big building to the right on the hill after you've driven into camp a little ways). Dinner is provided (please bring $5 for that if you're able). Then we'll be playing Mighty Mighty and some other games outside, so dress appropriately! On Sunday, our younger Sunday School kids will participate in Family Faith 5 Sunday School. If it goes to plan, I'm going to have our Confirmation youth join in on the activities. The kids should still report to the youth room downstairs after worship and I'll give instructions from there. We need youth helpers for our Sunday School Reformation Party on Friday, Oct. 18th from 5:30-7:30 (helpers arrive at 5:00 if they can). Please sign up here or on the app! Wednesday, Oct. 2nd 6:00-7:00 Confirmation Lesson: The Temptation of Jesus Treat Provider: Addie Amans 7:00-9:30 Hi League Hang out for 8th gr. & up   Fall Youth Retreat October 9-11 | Luther Point Bible Camp Every fall our Confirmation and Hi League kids venture up to Luther Point Bible Camp near Grantsburg, WI for a retreat. There is no school Thursday or Friday, so we'll leave after class on Wednesday night (about 7:00/30) and come back home Friday afternoon (about 2:00/30). Kids often say this is their favorite event of the year, so we highly encourage it! We'll do low ropes challenge course, learn archery, play Jam Ball, canoe, & more! October 18th | 5:30-7:30 1st-5th graders are welcome to come to our first Friday Night Party of the year, and we need youth to help out! Grab a friend, invite a neighbor, and sign up today! We hope to send a group of 25. You must be able to stand for 2 hours. Minimum age is 5; an adult must accompany kids in grades K-2. Next Monday, Sept. 23rd, the kids don't have school, so we are offering an alternative for them! Throughout the year on no school days we'll have some outing planned for 6th-12th grade youth. These days will consist of some sort of service work/volunteer in the morning and then a fun outing in the afternoon. I need drivers to make these events possible, so please consider! Our first outing will be to Arc's Value Village where we will help sort and organize donations.
